PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

SG140 electric heating wire is a new alloy product specially developed by Beijing Shougang Gitane New Materials Co., Ltd. for the special needs of the tempered glass furnace industry. The original design intention of this product is to overcome the problems of traditional iron chromium aluminum materials such as easy peeling, unstable high-temperature performance, and high cost of high nickel alloys. By improving the composition and process of existing low nickel alloys, SG140 has achieved higher cost-effectiveness and better performance while retaining its original excellent properties.
This product is mainly used in the heating system of tempered glass furnaces. In the production process of tempered glass, the glass needs to go through complex process steps such as heating and quenching, and SG140 electric heating wire can provide a stable and reliable high-temperature environment for these processes, ensuring that the surface quality and performance of the glass meet the best standards. Meanwhile, its high cost-effectiveness and stable performance make it an ideal choice to replace traditional iron chromium aluminum and high nickel alloys.
Firstly, in medium and low temperature environments, this product will not experience the phenomenon of black oxide scale peeling, avoiding surface pollution or uneven heating caused by traditional iron chromium aluminum materials due to peeling.
Secondly, SG140 exhibits excellent strength and creep resistance under high temperature conditions, which can effectively reduce thermal deformation and extend its service life.
In addition, its moderate resistivity ensures good heating efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
