Li Hongli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, delivered a work report titled "Strengthening Development Confidence, Focusing on Value Creation, and Fully Achieving a Good Start in the 15th Five Year Plan".

Li Gang pointed out that the achievement of the "14th Five Year Plan" is the result of all cadres and employees practicing the "Four Thousand Spirit" and striving to shift from defense to development under severe market challenges. Li Gang stated that the past events during the 14th Five Year Plan period are vivid in his memory. At a critical moment when the market was plummeting, the Party Committee accurately assessed and issued a call for "unity to overcome difficulties" on August 19, 2024, launching a "people's war". We not only work hard internally to improve our skills and protect our positions and salaries, but also adjust our strategies externally and explore new markets such as the mid to high end and the transition from gas to electricity.
